If your organization signs a separate written agreement with PPCmanager.ai, that agreement may modify how this policy applies to your workspace.
Website visitors, trial users, paid subscribers, workspace members, admins, and connected integrations.
PPCmanager.ai is built for PPC teams that connect advertising and website evidence to AI analysis. That means privacy must cover more than basic account details: it includes campaign data, landing page context, task history, behavior signals when connected, AI outputs, and compact workspace memory.
Name, email address, login provider, workspace membership, role, invitations, support tickets, feature requests, preferences, and basic account activity needed to run the product.
Connected account names, customer IDs, OAuth connection status, report data, campaign/ad group/keyword/search term metrics, budget, audience, device, location, landing page, history, and other cached advertising signals available through your connected account.
Landing page URLs, readable page content summaries, page-match findings, dashboard usage, product interaction signals, and Microsoft Clarity or behavior signals when you connect them for your own workspace. We may use analytics tools and pixels to understand how people use our website, app, dashboards, and platform flows so we can improve usability, onboarding, support, and PPC analysis quality.
The report evidence, prompts, user notes, business context, generated recommendations, task payloads, scripts, reports, and feedback used to provide AI-powered analysis.
Plan, billing cycle, subscription status, voucher usage, payment provider identifiers, invoice references, and billing events. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by PPCmanager.ai.
Device, browser, IP address, logs, session activity, error data, cookie preferences, and security events used to protect accounts, troubleshoot issues, and keep the platform reliable.
Where PPCManager AI uses Google APIs, PPCManager AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When a user connects a Google Ads account, PPCManager AI may access Google Ads OAuth authorization data required to maintain the authorized connection, Google Ads customer IDs, account names, accessible account relationships, campaign data, ad group data, ad data, asset data, keyword data, search term data, audience/device/location/landing-page data, budget data, conversion and performance metrics, Quality Score-related signals, Performance Max reporting signals, and other Google Ads reporting fields available to the authorized user through the Google Ads API.
PPCManager AI uses this Google Ads data only to provide user-facing PPC features inside the product, including dashboards, campaign diagnostics, AI Ads Doctor analysis, budget pacing, search term waste detection, Quality Score analysis, landing page mismatch analysis, Performance Max review, task creation, reports, exports, and account health monitoring.
PPCManager AI currently uses the Google Ads connection for analysis and reporting. PPCManager AI does not use the Google Ads API to create, edit, or delete campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, or budgets unless a user explicitly uses a future feature that clearly asks for additional consent and the relevant policy disclosures are updated.
PPCManager AI does not sell Google user data, does not transfer Google user data to data brokers, does not use Google user data for retargeting or personalized advertising, and does not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
PPCManager AI may share selected Google Ads report evidence with service providers only as needed to provide the product, including hosting, database, infrastructure, security, logging, support, email, billing, and AI processing providers. Where AI providers are used, the data is used only to generate user-facing PPC analysis, recommendations, reports, scripts, and task suggestions inside the user's workspace. PPCManager AI does not use customer Google Ads data to train general-purpose foundation models unless the customer explicitly authorizes that in writing.
OAuth tokens and Google Ads data are stored server-side and protected using access controls, secure transport, infrastructure security controls, and restricted operational access. PPCManager AI limits employee, contractor, and service-provider access to Google user data to cases where access is necessary to provide support requested by the user, maintain security, investigate abuse, comply with law, or operate the service.
PPCManager AI retains Google Ads data only for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain security, support billing/legal obligations, and operate the user's workspace. Users can disconnect Google Ads from the product to stop future collection. Users may also revoke access from their Google Account permissions page. Users can request deletion of Google Ads data and related workspace data through product support or by contacting support@ppcmanager.ai. After a valid deletion request or workspace closure, PPCManager AI deletes or anonymizes applicable Google Ads data unless retention is required for legal, billing, security, or backup purposes.
AI features may send selected report evidence, business context, prompts, and user instructions to AI providers to generate summaries, recommendations, scripts, and reports. We do not use customer ad account data to train general-purpose foundation models unless you explicitly authorize that in writing.
AI outputs should be reviewed by users. They are recommendations and explanations, not guaranteed performance outcomes.
Service providers
We use providers for hosting, databases, email, analytics, AI processing, payments, support, security, logging, and infrastructure. They may process data only as needed to provide their service to PPCmanager.ai.
Workspace members
Users inside the same workspace may see information according to their role, such as connected accounts, reports, tasks, tickets, preferences, and team details.
Connected platforms
When you connect Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, payment services, or another integration, the relevant data exchange is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the service, or to prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse.
We may use essential cookies for login, security, preferences, and product operation. We may also use analytics or marketing tools to understand website performance and improve the product. Where required, non-essential tracking depends on consent or available privacy controls.
We keep data only as long as needed for the product, security, billing, support, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. Compact account memory is designed as a rolling 100-day learning window. Older memory signals are removed or replaced on a rolling basis so the workspace stays useful without storing unnecessary history.
You can make privacy requests through support inside the product. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace before acting on a request.
PPCmanager.ai and its service providers may process data in countries different from where you live or where your business is located. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
PPCmanager.ai is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We may update this policy as PPCmanager.ai, integrations, AI providers, privacy rules, or data practices change. If an update materially affects active users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, product, or email.
