Intellectual property
PPCmanager.ai, the website, product design, code, workflows, visual systems, documentation, and platform content are owned by PPCmanager.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them to build a competing service except where allowed by law.
Customer content
You are responsible for campaign data, website URLs, uploaded notes, company information, creative assets, support requests, feature requests, and any content submitted by your users. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that data through PPCmanager.ai.
Third-party services
Google Ads, OpenAI, Microsoft Clarity, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and other connected services are controlled by their own providers. PPCmanager.ai is not responsible for outages, API limits, policy changes, or data gaps caused by third-party services.
Trials, billing, and non-refundable payments
Depending on the plan, workspace, offer, or account setup, PPCmanager.ai may provide a free trial of up to 14 days unless a separate written offer states otherwise. After the trial ends, users who do not upgrade move to limited Free plan access, and paid users are charged according to the selected plan, billing cycle, connected-account limits, and any add-ons. Because PPCmanager.ai incurs significant AI API, data-processing, hosting, and infrastructure costs to analyze advertising accounts, payments made after a trial period are non-refundable. This applies to monthly, multi-month, annual, discounted, promotional, and prepaid subscriptions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but features may change as the product evolves. We may add, remove, rename, limit, or improve features to support security, performance, pricing, infrastructure, legal, or product needs.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, security is at risk, usage violates these terms, or continued access would create legal, technical, or operational risk. You may stop using the service or cancel according to your subscription settings.
No guaranteed outcomes
PPCmanager.ai can help identify risks, opportunities, and next actions, but it does not guarantee ad performance, conversion volume, revenue, profit, ranking, auction outcomes, landing page score, or client results.
