Terms of Use

These terms govern access to PPCmanager.ai’s website, dashboard, AI features, subscriptions, support tools, APIs, integrations, and workspace services.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use PPCmanager.ai or connect advertising, analytics, billing, or behavior-tracking accounts.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, starting a trial, buying a subscription, connecting an advertising account, or using PPCmanager.ai, you agree to these terms. If you use PPCmanager.ai for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What PPCmanager.ai provides

PPCmanager.ai is an AI-powered PPC optimization platform. The service may include dashboards, Google Ads reporting, AI modules, landing page review, Microsoft Clarity and behavior context, task management, scripts, exports, support, billing tools, admin controls, APIs, and related product features.

3. Accounts, workspaces, and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, inviting only authorized team members, assigning appropriate roles, and removing access when a user should no longer use the workspace. Shared credentials, misleading account information, or access outside the intended organization are not permitted.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and plan limits

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle and plan. Plan limits may include connected accounts, refresh cadence, AI model, data depth, report history, export access, task volume, and feature gates. Annual pricing may include a discount where shown. Add-ons or custom plans may apply for high-volume use.

5. Customer data and integrations

You keep ownership of the data you connect or upload. You grant PPCmanager.ai permission to process that data only as needed to provide the service, including report caching, AI analysis, workspace memory, support workflows, and product operations. Third-party integrations depend on the continued availability and permissions of those providers.

6. AI outputs and user review

AI outputs are generated to help you understand PPC performance and decide what to review next. You are responsible for checking recommendations, scripts, reports, task details, and any suggested action before relying on them. PPCmanager.ai may be wrong, incomplete, or delayed when source data is missing, limited, stale, or unavailable.

7. Automation and account changes

PPCmanager.ai is designed around review-first workflows. Any feature that creates scripts, draft actions, automation suggestions, or future account-change controls must be used carefully and only by authorized users. You remain responsible for any change made to an advertising account, website, tracking setup, or business process.

8. Fair use and prohibited activity

You may not abuse the service, bypass plan limits, overload infrastructure, resell access without permission, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, misuse AI features, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage. Usage is also subject to the Fair Usage Policy.

Additional terms

Intellectual property

PPCmanager.ai, the website, product design, code, workflows, visual systems, documentation, and platform content are owned by PPCmanager.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them to build a competing service except where allowed by law.

Customer content

You are responsible for campaign data, website URLs, uploaded notes, company information, creative assets, support requests, feature requests, and any content submitted by your users. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that data through PPCmanager.ai.

Third-party services

Google Ads, OpenAI, Microsoft Clarity, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and other connected services are controlled by their own providers. PPCmanager.ai is not responsible for outages, API limits, policy changes, or data gaps caused by third-party services.

Trials, billing, and non-refundable payments

Depending on the plan, workspace, offer, or account setup, PPCmanager.ai may provide a free trial of up to 14 days unless a separate written offer states otherwise. After the trial ends, users who do not upgrade move to limited Free plan access, and paid users are charged according to the selected plan, billing cycle, connected-account limits, and any add-ons. Because PPCmanager.ai incurs significant AI API, data-processing, hosting, and infrastructure costs to analyze advertising accounts, payments made after a trial period are non-refundable. This applies to monthly, multi-month, annual, discounted, promotional, and prepaid subscriptions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but features may change as the product evolves. We may add, remove, rename, limit, or improve features to support security, performance, pricing, infrastructure, legal, or product needs.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, security is at risk, usage violates these terms, or continued access would create legal, technical, or operational risk. You may stop using the service or cancel according to your subscription settings.

No guaranteed outcomes

PPCmanager.ai can help identify risks, opportunities, and next actions, but it does not guarantee ad performance, conversion volume, revenue, profit, ranking, auction outcomes, landing page score, or client results.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as PPCmanager.ai evolves. If a material change affects your active subscription or workspace use, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the product, website, or email.
